Prince

Prince Rogers Nelson (June 7, 1958 – April 21, 2016), was an American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, and actor. Prince kn owned as a innovator,for his singing and electro music. His music has funk and rock.Prince was born in Minneapolis and started to like music since he was a kid, wrote his first song at 7 years. He recorded pretty bad music that never became popular. His 1979 album Prince got platinum because this two song were pretty good, Why You Wanna Treat Me So Bad? and I Wanna Be Your Lover. His music showcased Prince's trademark of sexual lyrics and funk, dance, and rock music. He began referring to his backup band as The Revolution and released Purple Rain, which appeared on a film.His band went to trash so he went SOLO. Released 3 more albums and called himself the love symbol. On April 21, 2016, Prince died at his Paisley Park recording studio and home in Chanhassen, Minnesota, following two weeks of reported illness.
Prince sold over 100 million records worldwide, sadly Prince passed away yesterday.

  • AC/DC has sold  71 million albums in the U.S. alone making AC/DC one of the five top selling bands in American music history. They have sold + than 200 million worldwide.

  • Brothers Angus and Malcolm Young of Australia formed the group in 1973. Their older sister Margaret saw the initials AC/DC (which stands for alternating current/direct current) on a sewing machine. The brothers thought this name summed up their energy.
  • A 1976 review of AC/DC's first album in Rolling Stone declared, "Hard Rock has unquestionably hit its all-time low." They finally appeared on the cover in 2008.
  •  In 1989, the US military blared AC/DC music at General Manuel Noriega's compound in Panama for two continuous days. The dictator surrendered. victory bby

  •  The band have always worn outlandish outfits. Angus Young used to wear school-uniforms on stage as well as Spider-Man, Zorro and gorilla costumes. I dont understand why lol
